Youll step into a hospital-based leadership role overseeing 13 operating rooms 2 endoscopy suites approximately 120 FTEs and 3035 cases per day. Youll lead quality staffing budgeting patient experience regulatory compliance and operational performance while reporting directly to the COO.

You have recent Surgical Services Director experience
You hold a Bachelors Degree in Nursing
A Masters Degree is preferred

Base salary: $157705$197163
Annual director bonus potential of 17.5% with up to 150% upside
