About the Role:
A payroll services firm supporting nearly 400 clients on UKG software is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day business operations team performance and process development across all departments. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building structure improving systems and driving accountability across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy operational leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. They are independent decisive and experienced in building scalable systems stabilizing teams and improving overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across payroll implementation client success support and finance
• Build and improve scalable systems workflows SOPs and KPIs
• Lead mentor and stabilize teams while reducing turnover
• Partner with leadership on hiring and managing key operational roles
• Ensure consistent high-quality service delivery across a large client base
• Drive operational performance accountability and execution across departments

Qualifications:

• 3 years of operational leadership experience (Director of Operations Operations Manager or similar)
• Experience in payroll HR tech SaaS or professional services preferred
• Strong ability to build systems and lead cross-functional teams
• High-energy decisive and independent leadership style
• Comfortable working in fast-paced evolving environments
