Job Summary
Director of Facilities Maintenance Albany NY (Full-Time Days)
This role is best suited for an experienced healthcare facilities leader who has managed complex hospital operations led multidisciplinary teams overseen capital projects maintained regulatory compliance and driven operational excellence across facilities safety security and engineering functions.
Key Responsibilities
Direct plan and oversee:
Engineering & Maintenance
Environmental Health & Safety
Protective Services
Lead facility operations and ensure compliance with healthcare safety and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience (typically 8 years of related experience may substitute for a bachelors degree).
Minimum 5 years of related leadership experience.
Minimum 10 years of healthcare environment experience in a managerial role.
Strong ability to:
Interpret technical procedures professional journals and government regulations.
Write reports policies procedures and business correspondence.
Communicate effectively with staff leadership physicians vendors and the public.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree.
Professional certification.
At least 3 years of experience at the Assistant Director level or higher in a healthcare setting.

Pay Range:
$50.50 - $80.80
Pay is based on experience skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
