Director of Engineering

Position Summary:
Seeking a Director of Engineering & Facilities to lead engineering facilities capital projects automation and infrastructure across multiple manufacturing locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Engineering & Facilities teams
• Manage capital projects budgets and resources
• Drive process improvements automation and equipment reliability
• Oversee electrical mechanical PLC and industrial systems
• Lead equipment design innovation and facility upgrades
• Ensure OSHA fire safety environmental and regulatory compliance
• Manage emergency response and business continuity
• Oversee CMMS technical documentation and security infrastructure

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
• 10 years of Engineering/Facilities leadership experience
• Strong people management and technical leadership skills
• Experience with industrial equipment electrical/mechanical systems and automation
• Experience managing capital projects budgets and resources
• Knowledge of OSHA fire safety environmental and hazardous materials regulations
