Director of Engineering

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the engineering department
• Oversee the planning design and execution of construction engineering projects
• Develop and implement engineering standards policies and best practices
• Manage and mentor engineering teams fostering professional development
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and business initiatives
• Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and industry standards
• Oversee project budgets timelines and resource allocation
• Build and maintain relationships with clients contractors and stakeholders

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Engineering or related field
• 10 years of progressive experience in construction engineering or related roles
• Proven track record of leadership in engineering management positions
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
• Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and building systems
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects from conception to completion
• Excellent leadership communication and team management skills
• Proficiency in project management software and engineering design tools
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic engineering initiatives
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
