Director, Information Technology (Full-time 40hrs.)

Job Title: Director Information Technology

Department: Information Technology

Supervisor: Vice President Finance CFO

Hours: 40 hrs. Full-time exempt Days

Job Objective:

Summary: All responsibilities are performed under the general direction of the Chief Financial Officer. All responsibilities pertain to Mozaic Senior Services data and telecommunications infrastructure. All responsibilities contribute to the goal of implementing maintaining and supporting a cost effective state-of-the-art infrastructure. All responsibilities are performed personally and/or through staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors Degree in I/T or Computer Science

Experience: Information Technology Director with 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment. experience in cybersecurity is preferred. Excellent knowledge of I/T systems and infrastructure.

Licensure: A & Network certification preferred.

Essential Job Functions:

activities to implement maintain and support a cost effective state-of-the-art infrastructure.

and monitors annual operating and capital budgets.

security vulnerabilities and develops corrective solutions.

IT strategies goals long term and tactical plans.

and Implements IT best practice standards policies and procedures.

and manages enterprise-wide projects including special projects and conversions.

departmental need assessments.

personnel to manage Mozaic Senior Life website.

organizational wide telecommunication support including TV and phone systems.

new technology and vendor proposals to augment Mozaic Senior Life infrastructure.

evaluates and approves proposals software acquisitions.

customer complaints. Ensure that service problems are corrected and that adjustments are made to avoid recurrence.

schedules and allocate resources for the following: equipment installations and relocations IT consulting software installations and upgrades.

contracts with consultants and vendors for services and products.

help desk and other direct reports.

personnel-related duties including new staff selection and performance evaluations.

as a member of management team in planning problem resolution and reviewing department performance.

appropriate educational and training programs to ensure high-quality professional staff performance.
