Job Summary

GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS AND STAKEHOLDER RELATIONS

Build and maintain relationships with federal state and local policymakers government officials trade associations industry coalitions and other external stakeholders.

 

LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS AND REGULATORY INTELLIGENCE

Monitor analyze and communicate developments in U.S. legislation regulation political activity advocacy and media that may affect Red Bull its partners customers consumers or the beverage category.

 

POLICY STRATEGY AND ISSUES MANAGEMENT

Develop own and communicate Red Bulls policy positions strategic priorities and practical solutions; assess risks and opportunities; and recommend appropriate engagement strategies for the U.S.

 

CONSULTANT COALITION AND TRADE ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT

Manage political and government affairs consultants coordinate coalition activity and represent Red Bull in relevant trade associations and industry groups.

 

INTERNAL ADVISORY AND CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION

Provide timely government affairs insights briefings talking points and policy communications to business leaders while coordinating with Science Regulatory Legal Communications Commercial and global teams.

 

STRATEGIC ENGAGEMENT AND BUSINESS SUPPORT

Engage and represent the company in meetings hearings conferences stakeholder outreach and other government affairs initiatives that advance Red Bulls interests strengthen the companys reputation and help mitigate regulatory barriers and risks.

 

COMPLIANCE AND GOVERNANCE

Ensure compliance with lobbying ethics gift reporting and political activity requirements for North American SRGA team.


Qualifications :

7 years of experience in government affairs legislative or congressional offices regulatory agencies trade associations political organizations public affairs consultancies federal and state advocacy strategy or a related field.

Strong knowledge of the U.S. federal state and local political legislative and regulatory landscape.

Experience with food beverage dietary supplement caffeine nutrition consumer-product or related policy issues preferred.

Demonstrated ability to monitor analyze and communicate legislative regulatory political and advocacy developments.

Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with policymakers government officials trade associations consultants coalitions and industry partners.

Experience developing policy positions briefing materials talking points stakeholder maps and executive recommendations.

Experience managing external consultants coalitions and trade-association relationships.

Strong political judgment strategic thinking risk assessment and issue-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to explain complex issues clearly to business and external audiences.

Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment manage competing priorities and travel as needed.

Bachelors degree in Public Policy Political Science Law Economics or a related field.

English required German French Spanish or other language a plus.


Additional Information :

This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $120000 - $180000 cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
