As a DSP youll work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD) supporting daily routines community involvement and personal goals in a way that is engaging respectful and empowering.

Client 1 (Tigard):

• Male 6 yrs 97233
• Schedule: Schedule would be Mon-Thurs 9-5
• Likes: He is a happy smiley boy
• Needs: Needs help lifting holding him assisting with medical equipment handling his daily hygiene needs. Interact with him and provide mobility support. Has a g-tube and needs help with stretches.

Client 2 (Tigard):

• Male 11 yrs 97224
• Schedule: Monday - Friday from 2:30-7:30. Potential to stay longer on Tuesdays.
• Likes: This client is a very sweet active kid and easy to like. People who are patient appreciate his sense of humor are okay having the same conversation over and over again and able to interact and keep up with his pace do well with this client.
• Needs: He is working on gaining skills in community navigation wanting to build reciprocal communication skills through community activities increase foodpreparation skills and increase independence and cleanliness around elimination

• 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of caregiving or related experience
• Valid drivers license insurance and reliable transportation
• Smartphone required
• Must be able to successfully pass all state-required background checks and meet all ODDS employment eligibility requirements.
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain)

• $24.00/hour
• Flexible schedule
