• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene dressing grooming and meal preparation.

• Promote independence dignity and community integration.

• Document services and daily progress accurately.

• Support behavioral intervention plans using SCIP techniques.

• Maintain a safe respectful and therapeutic environment.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors families and interdisciplinary team members.

• Transport individuals to appointments and community activities if required.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Current AMAP (Approved Medication Administration Personnel) Certification REQUIRED

• Previous DSP HHA CNA or related healthcare experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must pass all required background screening and pre-employment requirements.
