Direct Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Workers to provide exceptional support to clients in Oxford MI. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to enhance their quality of life and promote independence.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and hygiene.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers safely and effectively.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain clean and safe environments for clients.
• Follow care plans and document services provided accurately.

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus.
• Compassionate patient and reliable with strong communication skills.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

• Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00 paid twice a month.
