We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Direct Care Worker at AbaCares Services in Mount Joy Pennsylvania. This role requires individuals to work on Sundays to Wednesdays from 8 AM to 5 PM with the necessity of owning a vehicle for transportation to work. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Provide direct care and support to clients
- Assist with daily living activities and tasks
- Implement individualized care plans
- Document client progress and behavior
- Prior experience in direct care or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
