What Youll Do

• Create a safe welcoming and inclusive environment where residents feel valued and supported.
• Build positive relationships with residents and their guardians through respectful compassionate communication.
• Assist with planning organizing and participating in fun engaging activities.
• Provide direct personal care and support residents with daily living needs and mobility.
• Pass and administer medications and take vital signs as required.
• Support residents through challenging behaviors using patience empathy redirection and positive non-punitive approaches.
• Advocate for residents rights independence dignity and well-being.
• Communicate concerns or challenges to management and work collaboratively with the team.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
• Participate in training follow supervisory guidance and complete other assigned duties as needed.
