What youll be doing...

Responsible for leading the design and implementation of processes and layouts for complex large-scale data sets used for modeling data mining and research purposes. Leads the design and build of large and complex data sets from spurious sources while thinking strategically about uses of data and how data use interacts with data design. Works with key stakeholders to generate hypotheses and create analytic models that answer impactful business questions. Manages a team of employees including planning work and dividing it among employees.

Works with key stakeholders to generate hypotheses and create analytic models that answer impactful business questions.

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage the design and implementation of business data models providing support and guidance to their team.
• Collaborate with the internal teams and peers to determine the needs of the business and execute on the development of data models and solutions.
• Determine the strategy of their team and manage the execution driving the standards and principles that govern model development validation and implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement leveraging the latest industry knowledge and methods on AI and data modeling.
• Ensure the organization meets the metrics set-forth by leadership including administrative auditory and KPIs.
• Make recommendations regarding the hiring firing advancement performance promotion or any other change of status of team members. Assess employee performance hold employees accountable take appropriate corrective actions and train and provide ongoing direction and feedback to team members.

What were looking for...

Youll need to have:

• Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Ten or more years of relevant experience required demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience or specialized training.
• Experience in CRM Marketing Pricing and Promotions for customers and prospects.
• Program delivery strategy and execution experience.
• Experience in Audience strategy.
• Experience leading a team of direct reports.

In this hybrid role youll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.

The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $157500.00 - $275000.00.
