As a member of the digital mixed-signal modeling team youll play a crucial role in developing behavioral models to verify wireless SoCs. Additionally youll be involved in cutting-edge technology for integrating mixed-signal models onto emulation platforms. Your support will be essential for multiple pre-silicon validation teams to ensure a fully functional first silicon.

Develop accurate and simulation-efficient analog behavioral models for Analog/RF blocks in and reuse monitors and checkers for RF Mixed-Signal and Digital failures fix testbench/model/checker issues manage bug tracking scripts for automation of the flow and improve Mixed-Signal verification models that are emulation ready.

BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experiencenSelf-motivated individual contributor with a strong passion for the teams -on experience in Mixed-Signal Verification and Real Numbered Modeling of Mixed-Signal of any of the ubiquitous wireless technologies: WiFi BT UWB or radio systems in of basic analog circuits: PLLs LDOs Bandgap ADC/DAC communication and problem-solving skills.

Ph.D. or Masters with 5 years of experience in modeling of analog/RF understanding of emulation technologies and mixed-signal modeling requirements for synthesis-ready in modeling with SystemC and/or C/ in writing scripts in languages such as Perl or of signal processing using Python or understanding of AMS and wireless circuits/ with SystemC modeling and high-level synthesis.
