Digital Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for monitoring and updating client social media platforms updating client websites and general office administrative duties.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversees social media campaign schedules and pulling KPI data to determine media success
• Understand KPIs and communicate performance to President/CEO
• Collaborate with other design team members to provide attractive and effective campaigns
• Monitor all social media sites and content
• Keep up with social media technologies used in social media
• Understand and use media marketing tools as required
• Do outside sales to potential clients as needed
• Track customer engagement
• Position requires multitasking
• Assist with entering and tracking help desk reporting
• Must be able to use critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Update customers web page design/updates/edits and publishing as needed
• Answer calls and greet customers
• Position requires the good communication and written skills
• Assist with general office administrative duties
• Regular and sustained attendance
• Other duties as may be assigned
• NOT A REMOTE POSITION. Must work on-site in Ponca City OK

• Bachelors degree in marketing or business field preferred
• One or more years experience as social medial coordinator or related role
• Experience working with web design and publisher helpful
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic data required

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Must have good close range vision
• Frequently required to use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; stand; walk; sit and climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to stoop kneel crouch or crawl.
