Dietary Aide Float Pool

Dietary Aide
Rate: $16.16/hour
Shift: Per-Diem only

The McGuire Group is looking to add a Dietary Aide to its this role youll help provide high-quality meal service while maintaining a clean safe and welcoming dining environment for residents visitors and staff. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve meals according to resident dietary needs portion guidelines and established meal schedules
• Assist with food preparation portioning and distribution of meals snacks beverages and nourishments
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen dining areas equipment dishes utensils and workspaces
• Operate dietary equipment safely and accurately record food beverage and equipment temperatures
• Assist with inventory stocking receiving and proper storage of food and supplies
• Transport meal carts and food trucks throughout the facility in a safe and timely manner
• Accommodate resident preferences and special dietary requests whenever possible
• Follow food safety infection control HIPAA safety and facility policies and procedures
• Report equipment issues hazards accidents and resident concerns to the appropriate supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Some food service experience
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents families and staff
• Dependable organized and committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
