Are you passionate about working with your hands solving mechanical problems and building a career in the diesel industry At RWC Group were looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow through our Diesel Technician Apprentice Program.

As a Diesel Technician Apprentice youll work alongside experienced technicians while receiving hands-on training in preventative maintenance diagnostics inspections and repairs on commercial trucks and buses. This is an outstanding opportunity to develop valuable technical skills receive ongoing manufacturer training and build a rewarding career with one of the premier International Truck dealerships in the West.

What Youll Do

• Learn diesel diagnostics maintenance and repair from experienced technicians.
• Assist with preventative maintenance inspections and mechanical repairs.
• Perform routine services such as oil changes lubrication filter replacements and tire inspections.
• Learn to use advanced diagnostic equipment and shop tools.
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment.
• Accurately document repairs and inspections.
• Participate in manufacturer and company-sponsored training programs.
• Follow all safety policies and quality standards.

Were Looking For Someone Who

• Has a strong work ethic and a desire to learn a skilled trade.
• Enjoys solving mechanical problems and working with their hands.
• Works well as part of a team and takes pride in quality workmanship.
• Is dependable safety-focused and eager to learn from experienced technicians.
• Has a valid drivers license.
• Has completed or is currently enrolled in a diesel automotive or vocational training program (preferred but not required).
• Previous mechanical experience is a plus but well train the right candidate.
