The Department of Animal and Food Sciences has over 1150 undergraduate students 60 M.S. and Ph.D. students and 33 faculty. The department is home to nine undergraduate student organizations and seven competitive undergraduate judging teams. The department operates nine farm and ranch units with high-quality livestock encompassing over 12000 acres. Must be able to operate farm equipment used in cultivating and harvesting crops. Hours may include some long days evenings and weekends.

• High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)

• 1 year of related experience

Valid Oklahoma Drivers License
