Job Summary

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Therapist

Front Range Treatment Center in Greenwood Village CO (Denver Tech Center area) is seeking an experienced team-oriented clinician to join our specialized DBT therapy team.

We are a DBT-focused practice that primarily provides comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) along with other evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT). We serve adults teens and families in a collaborative supportive team environment. Our clinicians deliver high-quality care mainly in-person with the option for some telehealth.

This posting is geared toward experienced DBT clinicians. If youre relocating were happy to talk through timing.

Requirements:

Education: Masters or doctoral degree in a mental health field from an accredited program.
DBT experience: Demonstrated experience delivering DBT in a clinical setting including individual DBT and skills training groups. Formal DBT training expected; DBT-Linehan Board certification a plus.
Clinical experience: Established history providing individual therapy with demonstrated comfort working with high-risk suicidal self-harming or substance-using clients.
Licensure: Must hold (or be eligible for) full Colorado licensure as a Psychologist Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Position Details:

Full-time position with a flexible schedule.
Primarily in-person with the option for some telehealth appointments.
We are not hiring for fully remote-only roles at this time.

Provide individual DBT and CBT-based therapy.
Co-lead DBT skills training groups.
Complete timely high-quality and well-organized clinical documentation.
Actively participate in weekly team consultation and ongoing professional development.
Collaborate closely with our supportive team-oriented staff.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary range of $70000 $110000 annually depending on licensure experience and caseload.
