DevOps Engineer (TSSCI with Polygraph)

Job Summary
Were seeking a DevOps Engineer to develop and maintain complex and diverse Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions that support scalable reliable and secure environments across development and production this role you will implement automated infrastructure provisioning and configuration management processes to enable consistent repeatable deployments and improve overall system stability. The primary focus of this position is to increaes efficiency and reliability by reducing manual processes improving deployment workflows and ensuring that builds and releases are consistent secure and highly reliable.
- 3 years of relevant experience as a DevOps Engineer
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution. Four (4) addnl years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux tools
- Proficient using Bash/Python to develop scripts to automate provisioning of HPC systems
- Experience with release management best practices including versioning automation risk management and continuous improvement
- Experience managing software builds and releases with one or more programming languages
- Experience with CI/CD principles methodologies and best practices
- Experience in designing implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI Travis CI or CircleCI
- Experience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code) principles and automation tools including Ansible
- Experience with Dev/Sec/Ops processes and related FOSS toolchains
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Containers
- Experience with Git Source Control System
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA Confluence)
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for project management and collaboration
- Disclosed pay ranges are a general guideline and are not a guarantee of a final salary or compensation. Our approach in determining final salaries takes into consideration a number of factors such as education certifications total years of relevant professional experienceactual level of expertise and the responsibilities of the role itself.
- Based on the outlined roles responsibilities and requirements the projected pay range for this position is: $120000 - $180000.
