We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Device Setup Specialist. This role involves preparing configuring validating and managing device fleets for study deployment. The responsibilities include performing device pairing application setup custom build/OS installation support pre-deployment quality control lifecycle tracking and coordinating handoff to field operations.
- Prepare and configure device fleets for deployment.
- Perform device pairing and application setup.
- Support custom build/OS installation.
- Conduct pre-deployment quality control checks.
- Track device lifecycle and manage handoff to field operations.
- Set up iOS/watchOS devices perform device pairing and configure apps.
- Conduct functional validation and handle inventory.
- Execute quality control checklists and capture basic logs.
- Troubleshoot issues and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
