Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist senior engineers in the sustaining analysis and improvement of semiconductor products and solutions.
  • Monitor electrical device operation to assure conformance to quality standards and engineering specifications.
  • Help troubleshoot complex process quality and yield problems.
  • Design experiments collect data and analyze results.
  • Participate in technical reviews and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve individual and shared goals.
  • Learn and apply industry-standard tools methodologies and best practices.
  • Prepare technical reports presentations and other project documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support engineering initiatives.

Job Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Electrical Engineering Chemical Engineering Material Science or a related technical field.
  • Strong academic record and a genuine interest in semiconductors electronics or embedded systems.
  • Basic understanding of Analog Logic Power and/or NVM devices is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of device physics and semiconductor operation is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of statistical process control and usage of statistics analysis software (Minitab JMP etc) is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a diverse and dynamic environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proactive attitude eagerness to learn and attention to detail.
