Development SecOps

Solero Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Development SecOps professional to support enterprise cybersecurity and security operations initiatives. This position combines software engineering security operations and automation expertise to design and develop scalable solutions that improve cybersecurity detection response investigation and operational efficiency.

The Development SecOps professional will develop security automation integrations detection capabilities and orchestration workflows that enable Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Security Operations Center (SOC) Incident Response and Digital Forensics teams to operate more efficiently accurately and at scale.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cybersecurity infrastructure cloud DevOps application development and enterprise technology teams to strengthen security operations while maintaining reliability scalability and compliance with organizational requirements.

• Design develop test deploy and maintain security automation solutions supporting enterprise cybersecurity operations.
• Develop scalable tools and applications that automate repetitive SOC CTI incident response and forensic processes.
• Design and maintain Security Orchestration Automation and Response (SOAR) workflows and playbooks.
• Develop integrations between SIEM SOAR EDR/XDR threat intelligence vulnerability management ticketing and other security platforms.
• Develop and maintain detection rules correlation logic alerts queries and automated response capabilities.
• Build APIs scripts and services that improve interoperability between cybersecurity platforms.
• Automate security data collection enrichment normalization analysis and response processes.
• Collaborate with SOC analysts and incident response teams to improve threat detection and response workflows.
• Partner with Cyber Threat Intelligence teams to operationalize threat intelligence indicators and detection logic.
• Support Digital Forensics teams by developing automation for evidence collection processing analysis and reporting.
• Apply secure software development and DevSecOps practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Maintain source code using enterprise version-control platforms and established development standards.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for security applications and automation.
• Conduct testing debugging code reviews and performance optimization.
• Monitor automation effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve security operations.
• Develop technical documentation architecture diagrams operating procedures and implementation guides.
• Participate in cybersecurity incident response and remediation activities when required.
• Protect sensitive organizational employee and student information in accordance with applicable security and privacy requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
