Development Engineer

The Development Engineer is responsible for executing engineering requirements analysis generating component designs developing and validating test plans and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards working under general supervision.

Your role:

• Develop and optimize complex medical device components and system designs applying advanced engineering expertise to deliver reliable high-performance solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans procedures and protocols to validate designs and ensure compliance with quality safety and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues assess system and component performance and drive continuous improvements to enhance reliability efficiency and product quality.
• Evaluate and approve components and technologies from external suppliers collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders communicate technical findings and mentor junior engineers to support innovation and successful product development.

Youre the right fit if:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Electronic Engineering Mechanical Engineering Computer Science Engineering or an equivalent field.
• 2 years of working experience in System Architecture System Design Hardware Engineering or a related field.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in (Reedville PA) is $102000 to $163200.00.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.

In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
