We CGI is seeking to hire an experienced skilled Developer with AWS experience.
Join a supportive collaborative team responsible for applications that keep large scale fulfillment operations running every day. Youll work on software that directly supports automation and robotics solving real world operational challenges where reliability and business impact matter.

This position is located at client site in Lafayette LA in a Hybrid Model.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

.Develop enhance and support applications using C# .Net Angular Oracle AWS and related technologies
.Serve as a cloud advocate by helping the team expand its AWS knowledge and adoption
.Design and implement new features while maintaining and improving existing applications
.Support systems that interface with fulfillment automation and robotics technologies
.Troubleshoot production issues and participate in continuous improvement efforts
.Create and maintain technical and operational documentation
.Contribute to modernization initiatives and cloud adoption efforts
.Take ownership of a variety of technical and operational responsibilities as business needs evolve

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

At least minimum 8 years of experience in the following:
Experience with Design / Development/Testing of C# .NET technology
Experience in both desktop and web based applications
Experience delivering Restful Web Services APIs
Experience with AWS
Experience with design patterns Microservices CSS JavaScript jQuery
Experience in Messagepoint Cloud or OpenText

Preferred but not required:
Experience in Angular OpenShift and Kafka
Experience migrating applications from On Premise to Cloud
Experience with CICD TFS GIT SonarQube Checkmarx Terraform
Experience with unit test automation
Experience with AI acceleration tools

Education: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89600.00 $141100.00.
