Developer Treasury Resolution Planning

Location: New York City NY

Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid 23 days/week onsite

• Pay Rate: $75.00$85.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM MondayFriday; standard 37.5 hrs/week (possible overtime)

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support Treasury-led Resolution Planning initiatives with a focus on building out capabilities data analytics and execution readiness. This role sits at the intersection of treasury and regulatory compliance translating resolution strategy into actionable analytics data frameworks and governance processes that support the firms ability to execute a credible and orderly resolution. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive visible regulatory-facing deliverables; work at the intersection of liquidity reporting data governance and operational resilience; and partner closely with Finance Treasury Technology and Risk to improve data quality and control discipline.

• Developing and maintaining resolution liquidity capabilities (e.g. stress projections funding strategies)
• Ensuring data integrity traceability and alignment across resolution deliverables
• Supporting resolution plan submissions with clear well-documented and regulator-ready outputs
• Enhancing governance frameworks escalation triggers and execution playbooks

1. Resolution Liquidity Analytics & Projections

• Develop and maintain resolution liquidity projections aligned to balance sheet and financial forecasts
• Define and document resolution liquidity stress assumptions (e.g. runoff funding asset monetization)
• Support analysis of liquidity adequacy and execution needs under resolution scenarios

2. Resolution Strategy & Playbook Implementation

• Translate resolution strategy into implementable analytical logic including:

- Entity and business line treatment (e.g. survive divest wind-down) - Liquidity allocation and funding strategies

• Support development and enhancement of resolution playbooks including:

- Execution timelines - Funding actions - Operational dependencies

3. Governance Triggers & Control Frameworks

• Define and document treasury governance frameworks supporting resolution execution
• Identify and implement key risk indicators escalation triggers and decision points
• Map resolution processes to control frameworks (ownership attestations testing issue tracking)
• Support audit and regulatory readiness through evidence documentation and control traceability

4. Regulatory Deliverables & Documentation

• Support preparation of resolution plan submissions (e.g. 165(d) living wills)
• Produce clear structured regulator-ready documentation of:

- Assumptions - Methodologies - Data sources and limitations

• Ensure all deliverables are defensible consistent and aligned with regulatory expectations

• 8 years of experience in Resolution Planning liquidity/treasury analytics finance transformation data modelling or data governance must have strong understanding of Resolution Planning (RRP) frameworks and deliverables and liquidity stress concepts and resolution strategies
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into structured data models clear analytical logic and testable business rules
• Experience with Jira Confluence and SharePoint
• 5 years of experience working across business and technology teams including writing requirements facilitating working sessions and managing dependencies and delivery timelines
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to present complex logic clearly to senior management regulators and audit teams
• Ability to produce clear structured and regulator-ready documentation
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple analytical workstreams
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data quality
• Confident communicator who can challenge assumptions drive alignment between stakeholders and escalate risks effectively

• Experience with SQL (data extraction and validation)
• Banking/Capital Markets experience
• Coding experience

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting Information Systems or related field

• 8 years of experience in Resolution Planning liquidity/treasury analytics finance transformation data modelling or data governance
• 5 years of experience working across business and technology teams including writing requirements facilitating working sessions and managing dependencies and delivery timelines

• Previous Banking/Capital Markets experience

• Interview process: 2 rounds 1st round with Hiring Manager (30 mins MS Teams Video); 2nd round panel with Directors and Associate Directors (30 mins MS Teams Video); behavioral/situational/experience-related questions
