SYSTEMTECis seeking a Developer III - Full Stack Python/JSP for a hybrid opportunity for candidates in Columbia SC. Candidate will develop test enhance andsupport applications andDevOps-focused toolingwithin a collaborativemonitoring observability and automation environment. This role combineshands-on softwaredevelopment with platformadministration troubleshooting integration and productionsupport to ensurereliable and efficient development pipelines.

Required Qualifications of the Developer III - Full Stack Python/JSP:

• Bachelors degree inComputer Science InformationTechnology or arelated field; equivalentexperience may beconsidered in lieuof a degree.
• At least 4years of experiencein application development systems testing ora related technicaldiscipline.
• Demonstrated programmingexperience with Python JavaScript and/orTypeScript.
• Hands-on experiencewith CI/CDand development pipelinetechnologies such asGitHub Actions Jenkins Artifactory SonarQube DevOps Deploy andGitHub.
• Strong understanding ofsoftware development qualityassurance integrationtesting and applicationsupport practices.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting problem-solving anddecision-making abilities.
• Excellent written andverbal communication skills with the abilityto collaborate effectivelyin a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to workin a fast-paced customer-focusedenvironment and participatein an on-call rotation includingoccasional 24/7support needs.
• Must be eligiblefor the requiredC2 clearance/eligibilityprocess; a creditcheck is requiredduring the pre-screening process.

Preferred Skills/Experience of the Developer III - Full Stack Python/JSP:

• Experience developing inmultiple programming languages.
• Experience integrating externalAPIs particularly HTTP/RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with containerizationtechnologies such asOpenShift Kubernetesor Docker.
• Experience administering troubleshooting or supportingDevOps and pipelineplatforms in additionto writing code.
• Familiarity with projectmanagement practices andexperience working acrossmultiple technology platforms.

Responsibilities of theDeveloper III - Full Stack Python/JSP:

• Analyze business andtechnical requirementsand translate theminto functional designs technical specifications applications automation and supporting documentation.
• Design develop compile test debug implement maintain and enhancesoftware applications anddevelopment pipeline tooling.
• Build and maintainscripts test code integrations and automationthat improve development deployment monitoring and observability processes.
• Investigate production issues identify root causes recommend improvements and coordinate theimplementation of applicationor platform enhancements.
• Create and maintaintest data documentation workflow diagrams technicalprocedures and othermaterials required tosupport application qualityand operational reliability.
• Collaborate with teammembers and stakeholdersto resolve complexissues maintain developmentstandards meet projecttimelines and provideongoing production support.

Work Location: Partial onsite schedule: Tuesday Wednesday andThursday onsite withadditional onsite presenceas needed. Standardhours are 8:00 AM5:00 PM withparticipation in anon-call rotation. Columbia SC.
