Work location: Hybrid in Columbia SC; onsite Tues Wed Thurs and as needed
Duration: 11 months
Terms: W2 Contract
Work authorization: US Citizen; must hold a current/active low-level (Public Trust) clearance.

- Mainframe Tricare Membership and Billing System (TMBS) coding and troubleshooting.
- Responsible for analysis design programming and implementation of the most complex applications tasks and projects in TMBS.
- Devise feasible logical procedures to resolve business problems through the use of computer resources.
- Formulate scope and objectives through research to develop or modify complex systems.
- Review detailed specifications and recommend modifications.
- Design code test and debug complex application programs.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or other job-related degree;
- OR 2 years of job-related experience plus an Associates degree in Computer Science Information Technology or other job-related degree;
- OR 4 years of job-related work experience.
- 4 years of application development systems testing or other job-related experience.
- Mainframe Development APS Cobol TSO JCL JHS NDVR Microsoft 360 Teams
- DB2 IMS CICS z/OS
