Title: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Nashville TN 7.5 hrs Daily
Duration: 12 Months W2 Role
We are seeking an IT Deployment Team Member to support the delivery installation configuration and deployment of laptops and IT equipment.

We are seeking an IT Deployment Team Member to support the delivery installation configuration and deployment of laptops and IT equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver install and configure computers
- Prepare workstations peripherals and software for deployment
- Maintain accurate records of equipment deployment and status
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely
- Follow safety procedures and best practices during deployment activities
- Communicate effectively with end users and team members
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of deployment storage areas
- Travel to different TDOT sites as required including travel across the state of Tennessee (travel expenses will be reimbursed by state guidelines)
- Must be able to lift push and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand walk bend and reach for extended periods during deployments
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus
- Prior experience in IT deployment hardware installation or similar role preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
