About the Role
SunSoft Online is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician for a long-term contract opportunity with our client an Arizona state agency. This is a 100% onsite position providing desktop and technical support for end users in a professional enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
Provide desktop and end-user technical support.
Install configure and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Configure peripherals including printers monitors and mobile devices.
Respond to support requests and document resolutions.
Assist with workstation deployments upgrades and replacements.
Deliver excellent customer service while supporting internal users.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience providing desktop or technical support in an enterprise environment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting Windows operating systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
Experience with Active Directory account administration or ticketing systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Additional Requirements
Must currently reside in the Phoenix Arizona metropolitan area.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Resume must clearly show current city and state.
Must be available for an in-person interview in Phoenix during the week of July 20 2026 if requested.
Must be able to start within two weeks of an offer.
