Primary Skills
End User Desktop TechCafe Support
Primary onsite support for TechCafe 700 AM400 PM MT
Provide L1L2 support and drive issues to resolution
Provide onsite technical support for hardware and software issues
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops laptops printers and other peripherals
Perform routine maintenance and updates on equipment to ensure optimal performance
Repair and refurbish defective or damaged hardware components
Deliver executive and white glove support
Backup for Field Services and remote support as needed
Maintain physical presence at TechCafe
Endpoint Device Management Intune
Manage Windows iOS and Android device enrolment
Hands On experience in MS Intune
Creation of Intune Policies and knowledge of deployment
Knowledge of troubleshooting Intune related issues
Maintain configuration profiles compliance policies and remediations
Deploy standard enterprise applications
Monitor device health enrolment issues and compliance drift
Good to Have Skills
Collaboration AV Microsoft Teams Rooms
Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV systems
Resolve compute sign in licensing connectivity and AV issues
Partner with AV vendors and internal teams during outages
Identify recurring issues and drive root cause fixes
Self Service Company Portal
Maintain curated application catalog
Validate app packaging and installation success
Troubleshoot failed or stalled self-service installs
