Job Summary
Were hiring a Desktop Engineer for our 2nd shift (Tuesday to Saturday 4pm-12am) - 5 days onsite in Newark NJ.
Youll provide Level 1 & 2 support via phone email and remote toolstroubleshooting hardware software network and printer issues.
Requirements:
- 46 years experience or college degree
- Windows AD Office 365 DHCP DNS LAN/WAN
- Ticketing system asset management vendor coordination
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Saturday and holiday availability
Nice-to-have:Â Scripting ITIL knowledge Airwatch MDM.
