Responsibilities:

• The Technical support role is pivotal in ensuring seamless end user support within our organization. With a focus on providing exceptional technical assistance the candidate will manage and resolve End user equipment-related issues efficiently. • Manage inventory of desktop hardware and software ensuring availability and proper functioning

• Strong understanding of desktop/laptop/mobile device support principles and practices
