Designer

• Perform data entry and design work using proprietary design software
  
• Prepare detailed shop orders and production documentation
  
• Review and check the work of fellow designers for accuracy
  
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced production environment
  
• Coordinate with team members to meet assigned project deadlines
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn specialized design software
  
• Working knowledge of geometry and trigonometry
  
• Ability to interpret 2D drawings and visualize how components fit together in three dimensions
  
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support coworkers and customers beyond core duties
  
• Ability to work 50 hours per week during peak production periods
  
• Relevant industry design experience is preferred
  
• Associates Degree or equivalent required; technical or drafting education a plus
