Job Title: Design EngineerJob Description:Using SolidWorks responsible for 3D/2D Design activities required for Current and New Products in any of the following areas: New Product Development Testing FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES:Create designs and detail drawings independently or along with a team of engineers and designers using Solidworks software. Ensure that the design is created in accordance with required specifications. May assist in building a prototype of the intended vehicle for testing and approval. Make modifications and/or integrate new improvements into new designs or existing designs to improve their performance. integrate new technology and make more cost new improvements into designs and with the quality assurance team to ensure that required quality standards are adhered to. Interact with sales and customers on design specifications to ensure total satisfaction. Assist in the creation and improvement of company wide process documentation.
