Salary Range: $153277 - $164999 per annum pending experience Super Allowances

In this pivotal role youll partner closely with the Principal to guide staff and students toward success - championing high-quality teaching and learning nurturing Catholic identity and supporting the spiritual and personal growth of every learner. Youll lead with integrity collaboration and purpose fostering a culture where staff feel supported students are inspired.

With proven leadership experience and a deep commitment to Catholic education you demonstrate the ability to develop and mentor others within a professional learning culture. Drawing on your knowledge of contemporary pedagogy curriculum design and student wellbeing you inspire excellence and model inclusive values-driven leadership. Youll also lead continuous improvement and innovation using data-informed practice to strengthen teaching learning and student outcomes.

Youll bring authentic faith leadership as an active member of a Catholic Eucharistic community together with full accreditation to teach Religious Education and registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.
