Solvea works with private markets investors to gather insights at scale with AI and build conviction with human expertise serving multiple private equity funds globally. It was founded in 2025 and has raised a $4M seed.

Solvea is hiring Deployment Strategists to work directly with the founders building for the private equity market. This is a chance to join the founding team shape product strategy and culture and see the full lifecycle from sales to delivering customer value.

• Partner with the founders to design and refine core AI agent workflows.
• Lead customer engagements end to end and increasingly own client relationships.
• Operate from first principles with high autonomy.
• Feed client insights into product development and strategy.
• Support sales to win new clients and recurring engagements.

• 1.5 years of management consulting at a top firm (Bain McKinsey BCG) with significant commercial due diligence work
• Ideally 1-2 years as a private equity associate
• High autonomy and first-principles thinking
• Ability to work in the San Francisco office 6 days a week

REVENUE: 17.5% of first-year salary. Est. fee per hire $35K-$44K; 8 seat(s) up to $315K if all filled.
