Title: Deployment Analyst
Compensation: $20-28/hour
Work Requirements: U.S. Citizen GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Location: Miami FL
Duration: 6 month contract

Deployment Analyst

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams mainly Operations Point of Sale vendors technology vendors and technical experts to drive successful implementation and installation of technical equipment.
• Oversee development execution and delivery of technology (hardware and software) to existing restaurants.
• Review site surveys with Franchisee teams to validate accuracy and confirm sites are fully prepared for Oracle conversions.
• Execute weekly calls to ensure project status is on track and escalate critical issues that may impact project completion.
• Maintain up-to-date trackers of all restaurant status and ensure communications are being sent in a timely manner to all affected stakeholders.
• Provide first level escalation support of site readiness and Oracle conversion work specifically during late hours (overnight support required).

• Associates degree in business administration Information Technology Operations Management Computer Science related field or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Experience in requirements gathering project management and project execution.
• Proficient in Project Management tools including Smartsheet Monday Jira.
• Efficient in Microsoft 365 Word Excel PowerPoint
• Experience with Operations in the QSR industry including operations process flow and integrations with technology.
• Experience managing POS content and high-level understanding of restaurant systems and technology.
  • Candidates with QSR experience will be prioritized.
• Have current working knowledge of the food service industry and current challenges.
• Ability to manage requests prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-orientated and hands-on.
• Work well with others.
• Be willing to pivot and take on projects as needed by the business.
• Proven project management experience of large projects a plus.
