What makes you a great fit
You hold a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
You hold an active Virginia dental license or are eligible to obtain one
Youre comfortable diagnosing and treating urgent dental conditions
You have strong clinical judgment and communication skills
You value compassionate patient-centered care
You enjoy working in a collaborative community-focused environment
Youre interested in helping grow accessible dental services

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $170000$190000 based on experience
Medical insurance with 80% of employee premiums covered by the employer
Dental & vision insurance with 80% of employee premiums covered by the employer
Employer-provided life & AD&D insurance
160 hours of annual PTO prorated based on start date
