Dental Patient Coordinator

Mile High Denture and Implant Centers located in Englewood is a specialty dental practice focused on restorative dentistry dental implants same-day dentures and full-mouth reconstructions. We areseeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time Monday-Thursday!

Who You Are:

• 1 year minimum of previous dental front office experience
• Organized reliable and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask without breaking a sweat
• A sense of humorbecause we like to have fun!

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm occasional half Fridays optional

Compensation: $22-$28/hour plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

• Provide awelcoming and positivepatient experience both in person and over the phone
• Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances posting payments to patient accounts
• Reviewfinancing and payment optionswith patients at the time of service

Experience:

• 1 years of dental front office experience is required
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
