Dental Patient Coordinator- Endodontics

Colorado Endodontic Group is an established endodontic practice seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time!

Who You Are:

• Positive attitude and great communication skills
• Dental experience is a must (1 year minimum)
• Organized reliable and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask without breaking a sweat

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5pm
  • Customizable schedule choose one day to have off each week
• Fridays 8am-12pm full days to be determined

Compensation:$20-$25/hour plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

• Provide awelcoming and positive patient experience
• Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances posting payments to patient accounts
• Reviewfinancing and payment optionswith patients at the time of service
• Keep hygienist and dentist schedules booked efficiently

Experience:

• 1 year minimum of dental front office experience is required
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
