POSITION DESCRIPTION

Experience in personal injury claims or personal injury litigation

-MUSTbeBilingual Spanish

• 1-2 Years experience in the field of personal injury.
• Preferred experience in drafting and preparing full demand packages including bodily injury property damages lost wages and present liability arguments.
• Ability to read review and analyze medical records surgical records and medical bills.
• Ability to explain medical findings including traumatic brain injuries.
• Excellent English grammar and writing skills.

Salary: $17 - $21 per hour DOE
