Delivery Lead Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Delivery Lead for a hybrid position (3 days onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte NC Pennington NJ or Plano TX. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

This position is responsible for planning coordinating and delivering defined deliverables which require engagement from multiple teams. The candidate will work on projects with system-wide impact as a project leader and subject matter expert managing activities related to the end-to-end delivery of System of Record solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Plan coordinate and deliver defined deliverables across multiple teams
• Communicate work objectives coordinate delivery manage risks ensure compliance to standards and provide end-to-end visibility into the health of deliverables
• Ensure execution and delivery meet client expectations in terms of functionality quality timeline and cost
• Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (e.g. kick-offs status reviews stakeholder meetings change controls tollgates)
• Facilitate dependency management risk management and impediment removal
• Promote communication and collaboration across organizations
• Gather and facilitate status updates for stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements and complies with Enterprise Change Management standards
• Facilitate resolution and communication of cross-organization decisions standards and issues
• Manage and enhance the change control process for application-related changes
• Ensure scheduled changes take place with proper testing monitoring and implementation

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and business skills to achieve cooperation and coordination of action items
• Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
• Ability to effectively manage multiple deadline-driven customer-sensitive projects and tasks
• Ability to present ideas and concepts effectively
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels in both technology and business organizations
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others

• Remedy ITSM

Pay range: $50.39 - $58.39 per hour
