• Safely operate your personal vehicle to deliver packages and products to customers following all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers professionally answering questions and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate delivery records including signatures timestamps and any special delivery instruction.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes delays or customer concerns.
• Assist with in-store tasks between deliveries including organizing inventory and preparing shipments
• Represent our organization with integrity professionalism and a positive attitude in all customer interactions

Qualifications :

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance coverage
• Working smartphone with data capability for GPS and communication
• Physical ability to lift carry and load packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile delivery applications
• Positive attitude punctuality and demonstrated reliability
• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships with team members
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing delivery demands
