Job summary

Join our growing Business Desk team as an analytical and collaborative partner driving Deal Desk and Order-to-Cash operations for the Americas (AMS) this role youll work hand-in-hand with Sales to structure and close high-quality deals while serving as a key advisor to regional Sales Leadership. By providing the operational insights and best practices needed to accelerate commercial discussions you will play a vital role in driving our business growth.

What you will do

  • Serve as a strategic partner to Sales and cross-functional teams to structure review and finalize complex non-standard transactions while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
  • Proactively identify internal roadblocks to deal closure proposing creative alternatives and managing escalations to keep the sales cycle moving.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce CPQ and product platformsresolving integration and data queries for Sales while continuously identifying opportunities to optimize the deal process.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Operations leadership to drive business reviews and deliver operational insights that support forecasting and optimize deal structures to accelerate ARR growth.
  • Drive team excellence by sharing best practices mentoring team members and leading cross-functional projects to improve overall operational efficiency.

What you will have

  • Bachelors degree preferred OR 3 years of experience in Sales Operations Corporate Finance Contract Management or Project Management.
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to evaluate how commercial contract terms impact company revenue profitability and risk.
  • An analytical and adaptable thinker who thrives in the grey areacapable of navigating ambiguity reconciling conflicting requirements and designing creative solutions where no clear playbook exists.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the confidence and professional presence to engage and align with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize document and drive adoption of streamlined workflows that improve productivity across diverse teams.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with the resilience to prioritize effectively maintain poise and drive momentum under tight deadlines during high-volume peak periods.
