Multiple Positions Available:

1. Ensure compliance with federal state and municipal requirements and building codes across different countries.
and approval of product design and drawings including mechanical parts assembly construction and electrical drawings.
project scope and provide technical support for information requests prior to and during manufacturing phases.
with field engineering and commissioning teams to properly test and validate installation operation and performance of electrical products.
of designs which meet or exceed our quality requirements while delivering a return on investment.
with global suppliers and manufacturers to specify appropriate electrical equipment.
with contract manufacturers to integrate designs and work with them to develop processes that promote the best quality at the lowest cost.
support for manufacturing activities for the new products on concurrent projects in multiple geographical locations.
of Operations including failure mode and root cause analysis maintenance and troubleshooting support and operating procedure review.
with other disciplines such as Data Center engineering reliability QA/QC and compliance teams to create well thought out products.
the Data Center Design Engineering Principal Engineering and Hardware Engineering teams to design and develop cutting edge concepts into new products

Domestic travel up to 50% as well as 5% for international travel to perform role responsibilities may be required.

(40 hours / week 8:00am-5:00pm Salary Range $116800 - $160000)

A Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science Engineering (any field) or related field and 1 year of experience in job offered or a related occupation.
Experience must include 1 year of experience in the following:
1. Mechanical design of electrical or industrial equipment.
2. CAD modeling and detailed drawings (e.g. SolidWorks Creo or NX).
3. Manufacturing support including DFM FAI and contract manufacturer coordination.
4. Cross-functional collaboration with quality reliability and compliance teams.
