DC Conference Support Saff

Kinetic Events Staffing is now hiring for the 2026 Washington DC Fall Event Season. We are building a consistent team of professionals to support a series of high-profile conferences and large-scale events at multiple locations across Washington DC.

We are looking for reliable tech-savvy event staff who want to be part of our core DC team. Our staff handles essential front-of-house operations including registration wayfinding session scanning and general conference support

Scheduled Event Dates & Details:

• Pay is $23/hour - we pay weekly
• Staff must wear a black collared shirt and black slacks with black comfortable shoes.

• September Dates:
  • Location: Omni Shoreham Hotel (2500 Calvert St NW Washington DC 20008)
  • Shift Schedule: Shifts start as early as 8:00 AM and end as late as 8:00 PM

• November Dates:
  • Location: Marriott Marquis DC (901 Massachusetts Avenue Washington DC 20001)
  • Shift Schedule: Shifts start as early as 6:00 AM and end as late as 7:30 PM

    • Sunday November 08th 2026
    • Monday November 09th 2026
    • TuesdayNovember 10th 2026
      

Job Requirements

• Must have a background in front-facing customer service roles.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 5-8 hours) except during designated rest breaks and meal periods.
• Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
• Must have proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor appearance and actions while on the job.
• Must adhere to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing.

Ideal Candidates

• evious events or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Flexible and adaptable as job duties and schedules may change based on client needs.
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tasks and skills.

Note: Travel and lodging reimbursements will not be provided for this role.
