DC 3rd Class Engineer

The DC 3rd Class Engineer is responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of all equipment at CMIs customer site in Washington DC.

Shift - Monday- Friday 2:00pm-10:00

Key Job Functions

• Perform maintenance troubleshooting diagnoses and repairs to facilities equipment fixtures and property including but not limited to: HVAC plumbing electrical and mechanical systems controls building automation systems carpentry painting masonry appliance repairs minor grounds work and effectively perform minor and /or skilled maintenance tasks at customer facilities property fixtures electrical and mechanical systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot/diagnose and correct infrastructure problems with facilities equipment and property
• Safely and effectively perform minor and /or skilled maintenance tasks on customer facilities property fixtures electrical and mechanical systems and equipment

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3rd Class DC License is required
• Knowledge of systems which include but not limited to performing diagnostics and repairs on electrical equipment plumbing repairs toilets sinks domestic water system etc
• Demonstrated working knowledge of engineering and building systems
