Youll own the Day Ahead market process from start to finish: case creation constraint management congestion mitigation and market approval. Within your first year youll master the training understand how your role powers market efficiency and reliability and build strong collaborative relationships across the control room. Were searching for a bold tactical thinker who embodies MISOs values and fuels a team of leaders and learners.

What were looking for:

• Minimum of four years of electric utility industry or RTO experience
• Bachelors degree in a related field OR eight years of equivalent work experience
• NERC/RC certification

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $130000.00 $140000.00 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education/professional certifications and qualifications/experience.

Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. At MISO we offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k vacation sick and safe time available on your first day of employment.
