Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced DataOps Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL Web FOCUS reporting Databricks and the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
• The ideal candidate will support enterprise data warehouse and reporting applications troubleshoot production issues perform root cause analysis monitor ETL/data integration jobs and ensure data accuracy and system stability.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Production Support and incident management.
• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL SQL queries stored procedures and performance tuning.
• Experience with Web FOCUS reporting and dashboard support.
• Exposure to Databricks Spark and modern data platforms.
• Strong understanding of P&C Insurance processes including Policy Underwriting Claims and Billing.
• Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) ETL/ELT processes batch job monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
